Shipping Policy

We deeply cherish each and every one of our customers. Below, you’ll find a detailed breakdown of the order process under our standard FOB (Free On Board) terms.

Payment Confirmation

Once your order has been authorized and verified, a confirmation email along with the sales contract will be promptly sent to you.

Order Processing & Pre-shipment

Typically, it takes 10 business days to prepare the vehicle, complete necessary export clearance procedures in China, and deliver it to the designated Chinese port of shipment. Please be aware that if any special circumstances arise, the applicable schedule shouldl be as ultimately determined by CBT Customer Service.

Shipping Arrangement

As all orders are conducted under FOB terms, the customer is solely responsible for arranging and paying for the main international freight (e.g., RoRo, container) and insurance from the Chinese port onward. We will coordinate the loading of the vehicle onto the vessel as per the sales contract. Once loading is complete, we will provide you with the necessary shipping documents.

Delivery Timeline Clarification

Please Note: Our responsibility ends, once the vehicle is loaded onboard the vessel at the Chinese port. The estimated transit time of 20 to 45 days to the destination port is provided for your planning purposes only. All timelines, costs, and procedures after loading—including sea transit, import clearance, duties, taxes, and final inland transportation—are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Track Oder Status

Order status can be tracked through our website until the vehicle completes loading onboard the vessel at the designated Chinese port of shipment, at which point our delivery obligations under FOB terms are fulfilled. Upon completion of loading, we will provide the shipping documents to the customer. Subsequent maritime shipment status must be tracked by the customer directly using the provided Bill of Lading number via the shipping carrier’s official tracking system. All inquiries or issues related to the voyage after departure from the port of shipment fall under the customer’s responsibility and should be directed to their appointed carrier or freight forwarder.

Causes of Delay

Delays in the pre-shipment phase (within China) or in vessel loading may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
1、Adverse weather conditions affecting port operations.
2、Delays in export customs procedures or inspections.
3、Local disruptions at the Chinese port.
4、Logistical delays during peak seasons.
Please note: Delays occurring during the sea transit or at the destination port/country are outside our scope of responsibility under FOB terms.
